I can assure you, I have not deleted a single comment and was not aware of this scandal prior to making the video.

It is funny, the only reason that majority of the people said it is an overrated event is because of the lines. It really is a great way to get everyone together, and enjoy time, I think it is rated perfectly.

As someone who has lived in Calgary their entire life and gone to the stampede multiple times, it is is only worth it when you go with friends and make memories that'll carry with you for the rest of your life. It is really expensive but it does help liven up the city and I always enjoy seeing people walk around as cowboys for a few weeks.

I've been skydiving, and I recommend you go to Extreme Yeti Skydiving in Golden, BC. They got great footage and the guys were great.

It's a good thing experiencing the Stampede provides memories for a lifetime, cos after seeing those prices, no one will be able to afford to ever go back for the rest of their lifetime.
I cannot recall the last time I went to the Stampede. I used to go every year but then one year just decided to skip it and never went back. I thought the cost and crowds were insane back then, but Judas Christ, from what I've seen in this video, your name better be Rockefeller or Trump if you expect to experience a full day at that place. Gotta take out a 2nd and 3rd mortgage on your home just to afford it. I've seen ransom demands that ask for less than what all those prices (admission, food, rides, games, and probably souvenirs) add up to.

I moved to Calgary in 2010 and I have been to the Stampede ever year since then except 2012 unfortunately since I was on a road trip to Vancouver and Seattle at the time, and 2020 because you know why.

Honestly part of the experience of the stampede is paying absurd amounts of money for food youve never had, but at the same time you still may not like it

I live near stampede and it's honestly hell, on free days/Sundays it's really overpacked and there's fireworks every night. I never get sleep when stampede starts and it's just really overpriced.

calgary stampede takes 25 percent from vendors revenue thats why everything is marked up about that much. take a quarter of the price away and everything seems normal

it definitely used to be better. games were $5/5 coupons instead of the $10/12 coupons it is now, plus had better prizes. there was more rides, and food wasn't minimum $15. imo 2019 was the last year stampede was amazing and it also had that stranger things collab

one thing about the stamped, if you dont have the fast pass, youre going on a max of like 8 rides if you dont want to spend youre entire day till closing there

I went on Mach 3 when I was younger with one of my friends and I threw up on it and it was shut down for the rest of the day.
