Nice job on an incredibly difficult piece, some consider the most difficult of the cello repertoire.
It sounds like you tend to play the easier passages faster and the harder ones slower. My advice would be to decide on tempo strictly on interpretation. If a passage is easier for you work on luxuriating it's interpretation rather than rushing through it. And if you can't keep up with your established tempo in a difficult spot then either play the whole thing slower or work on that passage.
