Plano Fire-Rescue Chief, Sam Greif, Congratulates Plano Police Department for winning this year's Battle of the Badges Blood Drive. Every year Plano Fire-Rescue and Plano Police Department compete to help encourage Plano residents to give blood to Carter Bloodcare. This year the Plano community collected 541 units of life-saving blood which will impact 1,623 lives.
