At the end of the day, I thought the LRD Athletic Shorts did a pretty good job in most lifting and cross-training settings.

These shorts should have enough stretch in their shell for most guys and the compression liner will definitely bias thinner legs.

Their durability isn't the best and you kind of get what you pay for with them. I'd also pass on these for thicker thighs.

it's been a long time since you reviewed clothing. As really affordable gear you should review Decathlon gear, shoes, shorts, t-shirts. They have everything. Including for trail running and hiking.

Also, is the band while doing those deadlifts for a cue or for more glute activation at the top and to really drive through?

Hey had a qustion I never really had gym shorts and usually just wore basketball shirts but there loose and stuff falls out pocket and I was wondering with gym shorts inline vs not are they still comfortable for casual if they have a liner Thanks
