WHAT a estate. What we saw . It looks like olive trees are well taken care of. As hot as your summers are. Im surprised i didnt see any air conditioning.
If i had a large family. Id let them fight over which apartment they want to restore or update. A fun place. My imagination is running wild. Including a electric stair chair. Those steps looked steep.
Would love to see a follow up of renovations.

Great opportunity in my view. Loved those restored ceilings ( particularly the barrel ceiling), secluded with wonderful views. I guess you could easily double the price for a decent restoration but still seems good value. Lots of options for any buyer. 👍❤️❤️
