A lot better then most Chinese stories. Surprisingly the pointless filler doesn't start until the end of the video... usually it starts by the 4-6 hr mark! I was surprised!

This was actually a decent to good story which makes me happy. I have gotten really tired of the Chinese superiority bullshit that they add to almost all their stories. Like come on, I listen to stories for the world building and character journey and not to get patronized how great China is and how much the rest of the world sucks. Even in a lot of their cultivation/fantasy stories you hear the constant Chinese racism, superiority bullshit and how righteous they are. I wouldn't be so fucking annoyed if they had given a reason why the countries and the people are like that, otherwise I know it's there because it's influenced by China. Like pretty much all Chinese stories have the same message which makes stories like this feel like the author tried making a fantasy setting. There have been so many novels I started which had a pretty decent concept but then we get the Chinese racism towards Japan or other countries and them looking down on everyone else which just kills the story for me after hearing it from story to story. I know the Chinese people believe that China is the strongest country in the world but why needing to add that kind of thing in every story and having that condescending attitude towards anything that isn't Chinese. Heck they are also racist towards anything that isn't human and just call them alien races instead of saying the name of the race. Instead of calling animals for that, they calling them all beasts and instead of even trying to find a way to coexist, they either enslave them or kill them, no wonder they try to exterminate humanity when China are doing that to them.
Sorry for my rant and kudos if you read it all but it's just frustrating getting over an hour into a story then hear all the Chinese bullshit to then needing to find another story until eventually you find one like this that are what it's meant for, being a story and not propaganda.
Anyways, thanks for the decent story and keep up the good work.
