Great video! Is there a way to add validation comments to the calculated total? For example, if the total is greater than $1, 000, display a notice such as "Management approval required". I'm doing a form where I need make sure the debits and credits add up to zero .. e.g. Debit -100, and Credit +100 must add to zero, or show a notice. Will appreciate any help!

I'm trying to make a budget acrobat pdf.
I want to multiply the quantity by the unity price of my products. I do as you show, but in the total space it appears $0, 00. I don't want this to appear as I don't know how many things people will buy and it will be awful to see a budget bill full of $0, 00. I don't know if I explain right.

Thank you for the Video!! I made a balance sheet template and everything is working great however, I have to tab through each field in order to change the value of a particular field. Is there a way I can somehow unlock all the fields so someone could click to a specific field and change the value? For example if they wanted to skip assets and jump straight to liabilities, could they click through to a certain section?

I could use your help. I have a date discount. In particular I have a cell that offers "not a static discount but a variable discount" so product a might have a discount of 10% and product b might have 20% discount. the problem I have is how do i assign a total calculation based on a specific date... for example if the discount only applies till a certain date i.e. dec. 11, but on dec. 12 the price increases. how do I accomplish this.
