What is the best way to protect the Blazor Application and the Web API?

Good evening dears, how can I load once the default values from the DB 's tables(tablesettings(id, rownumber, decimal number, currentyear...) on app start. preferable in program.cs so that i can use them in the app. thank you

Hi brother, I started following you recently, and I noticed that many of the videos are repetitive in the first part, meaning that many times the part of db context, postgresql, and base setup is there, maybe I am wrong for mentioning this but consider making it shorter and getting straight to the point of the topic with this configured already, or create a template?!
