Each Prep: 543 Calories | 54.7g Protein | 7g Fat | 65g Carbs


I didnt add sesame oil. Add it to your vegetables as you please if you’d like to elevate it. It will taste 🙂‍↕️

INGREDIENTS:

900g 96/4 Lean Ground Beef- sesames with salt and black pepper
600g White Rice
200g crispy rice (throw in air fryer at 390 for 15 minutes or in the oven at 400 for at least 20 minutes)

Vegetables:
1 bag of shredded or julienned carrots
Spinach (1 bag)
Cauliflower rice (2 bags)- make sure to get all the water out of the cauliflower rice 

Gochujang ingredients:
- 130g gochujang paste
- 3 tbsp Sweetener- Splenda (add according to your taste)
- A bit of hot water
