"A local explained to me that in the Mongolian Shamanist ritual, the shaman beats a drum to call spirits from the sky to possess his body and speak through him, answering questions and problems of the participants.

Unfortunately, that encounter was a missed opportunity; he ran off before I could tell him about the Spirit of Christ — the same that raised Jesus from the dead — who possesses and speaks through me. But Praise God, I got to share His hope, salvation, and power with many other people during the rest of my time there."
