The thing that makes this creepypasta good in my eyes is simply that it could genuinely happen. Hell, it IS technically the creepypasta. There are definitely people out there who'd make a game specifically to kill off epileptic people for shits and giggles, the countdown being a failsafe to check if they're still capable of moving or are even still alive is downright vicious.
