Code Refactoring - The Tic-Tac-Toe App (Lesson 6)

Late breaking changes in iOS 16 is going to force us to alter the beginning of our game to accommodate a new restriction. We refactor earlier code to require a user to enter their name before any game can be selected and ensure that our two existing game modes still function properly.
