'The Visitor and the Envelope' - FOIA request of Stargate file 'MARS, 1 MILLION BC (TRAINING)'

Based on the recently declassified CIA report entitled "MARS, 1 MILLION BC (TRAINING)". This was part of the STARGATE project to investigate claims of remote viewing, clairvoyance and ESP in general. This program was also called SCANATE, GONDOLA WISH, DRAGOON ABSORB, GRILL FLAME, CENTER LANE, SUN STREAK.

In this case the subject was asked to describe what they saw at the Martian coordinates 40.89°N, 9.55°W which pinpoint the Cydonia Mensae region where the "Face" can be found. The story here is a short recreation of the transcript.
