I think you should make up your own challenge!! Then you can drink the proper amount of water for your body. I think you're right the 75 Hard dude needs to have some kind of ratios for water. I think 3 liters per day is sufficient. good luck this time, every day is day one for me lol!!

I started my own 75 challenge a week ago. It's been so fun so far and I love to watch your video at the end of the day

I modified the rules a little bit just because I can :
- Drink enough (i would literally die with 4L of water)
-No 3 hour rule but my indoor and outdoor activity can't be the same (no walking twice for example)
- Progress photo has to be on my new camera and is more of a artistic challenge as I learn new settings of the camera
- The reading can be of a fiction book (after a day of work, I need a little bit of fiction!)
- Eat healthy (just heal my relationship with food, restriction can't be something I do for my mental health, but I'm vegetarian so it's already something)

It's not the "official" challenge, but it's already challenging for me, especially the workouts and that is all I want for myself. Because I know myself so well and know that the offical rules would just do more harm than good and it's not that I want. I want it to be fun and a bit challenging with the life I'm living

Mel Robbins did a great podcast episode about ways to make habits stick. In the episode, she mentions that 75 hard is incredibly difficult because you are trying to build so many new habits at once. She also makes the point that YOU are not the problem, meaning that you have the willpower to be successful, but you may not have the systems to ensure your success. The episode is called 5 Ways to Actually Make Your Habits Stick. It’s definitely worth a listen!

Hey, well-done you for being so honest and starting again...if you have a big enough elastic bands or hair bands put these on your water bottle when you fill up your next bottle, you will be able to see where you are at with your water 😊

Also don't forget to bring your skincare down your neck and decolletage! They deserve nice treatment as well!!!! I am loving this series. Literally currently watching this on the treadmill at 10pm because that's when I had time for the second workout 😂

I don't usually comment on videos but I just wanted to say I hit subscribe because I noticed you don't try to purposely buy/use/show "aesthetic" things. For example, I noticed you use Walmart brand things, you don't have those super fancy influencer appliances, etc. and so it makes your videos way more relatable! You're still following a healthy lifestyle without having to do all the extra influencer-like things!

You should be proud of the progress you made in the last 2 weeks to prep you for this challenge - especially mentally! Watching this series has been super motivational. As someone who works an office job with 10-12 hour days, fitness has been challenging for me. You inspired me- I have been doing a 30 min home pilates workout before leaving for work and going for a 30 minute walk at lunch time. Small changes but I am feeling great. Keep at it! We're cheering you along.

I think you were hard on yourself and didn’t really need to start again. Good for you choosing what’s important to you. I am doing my own version, I just adjusted the water and read fantasy. The reading is because I read non fiction for my job all the time and want to get back in to recreational reading. I did 75 hard to the letter 2 years ago and learned what was useful for me. Don’t forget, non of it is science based, the creator is a gym-bro entrepreneur. I’m loving your videos, they are keeping me on track with my own challenge.

I hope you know that this “75 hard” challenge is is no way an indication of your fitness or of your commitment to yourself. And think of all the inspiration you e provided to so many people through your videos and healthy lifestyle. But then it’s not anything I e ever wanted to attempt as I’m proud of myself for just being committed to exercise and eating healthy.

I listened to the ‘quiet the dirt’ podcast the other day about hydration and mineralisation and thought of u and this challenge!!!
Apparently if you drink too much water without minerals it can actually be worse for u and make u lose minerals and dehydrate you. Someone like u doesn’t need to intake that amount of water and if you are, u should be having minerals and making sure you are actually absorbing it and not peeing it out!
