That’s the very first time (l’m 61 and l’ve got my share of Eurovision and the like) that the public vote surprises me. I would never believe that actual Rock and a very good mix of traditional and modern music got the public vote. Italy, Finland and Ukraine presented REAL music (and France...), real passion...

Ukraine was screwed over by the Jury! I loved France but Ukraine deserved that second place.

I love that San Marino finished so low. It was such a vapid gimmicky song with no substance or soul to it. I’m glad it was punished tbh.

I can't help but wonder what Flo Rida was thinking about all this.. I mean the Eurovision Song Contest must be super weird for non participating countries to begin with, but they probably expected a lot of points using his popularity. Does someone know how he ended up being part of San Marino's team? Must've cost them a lot

Cyprus-Greece thing is just so stupid that become a meme.

Potential winner country juries spread points on "bizzarre entries" to not help a potential competitor for the win. You can see top 5 position having a very odd 0 points form some juries.

So yes juries need to be fixed a little.

Kirkorov and his "dream" team should be forever banned from eurovision. Rigging both televote and juries, especially in the semi final.

A prime example of how Eurovision judge is pure political is Malta. Compare the points the song got from the jury and the public and you get the main idea... Also keep in mind all the singers and songs that won Eurovision in the last couple of years, they don't even hide it.

Malta finished behind Norway, Sweden, Serbia, and Moldova in the tele?! OUCH. It was overrated but not THAT overrated. Definitely screwed by the running order. And I have to wonder if people’s biases against a large woman of color were also a factor... 😔

Even though televoters did some really amazing things this year, i still believe this results are bad. And they are also political actually, probably even more so
