I think he made the right decision. Right now Chelsea may be crap, but we'll be back soon enough once we get a good manager. He can actually win things here unlike at Arsenal who at their "best" bottled the prem and europa. He would also be greatly overshadowed and much more benched at Arsenal because they already have wingers with more experience. At chelsea he will very likely be a constant starter in the future.
