Personally, I prefer the green one, but they both look great. I think it depends more on what you're feeling that day. The green has more impact, so you'll be noticed and get compliments. The neutral still looks great but won't draw attention, so if you want to be low key, you might prefer that.

Both look good but depends on the brightness of lighting for the occasion you’re planning on wearing this. The grey one would probably look nice in natural lights but a bit washed out in strong indoor lights

These are both wonderful!
My personal preference is for flat front trousers, because I remember the 90s too well, but they are both lovely suits.
While I do like green, the pattern on the other one is really cool, too.
