Quick Facts Guys:-
Her name was Annie Edson Taylor, who was a 63-year-old schoolteacher, in which in 1901, was the first person to survive going over Niagara Falls in a barrel.
She did it to gain fame and financial stability for her sick mother, using a custom wooden barrel padded with a mattress for protection.
It was said she was a courageous person, Although she survived with only minor injuries, she didn’t get the wealth she hoped for.
