Thanks for simple and basic tutorial to the point. I am using 3ds max. Before this tutorial I model my hammer using reference image and take a non-efficient way by model top in 3 different primitive and then attaching and bridging. But your method is very concise and very quick and fast. Thanks again. Kindly upload more videos.

4:30 was a bit rushed for my understanding... How did you separate the two tips from the hammer with the Extrude function? Extruding only separate the "layers" of the face, and not the whole polygon for me :/
