It was well played. I played in a metal band for years and our first show was with Born of Osiris actually. I was a little surprised that the drums alone were so simplistic having only heard the song with all instrumentals before. I've been a BOO fan for a long time so I mean no hate whatsoever when I say that I thought it would be more complex and less repetitive. I do respect that drum fundamentals were stuck to and the role of the drummer in this track was to keep rhythm.
