It’s Eric Kim! In the kitchen studio! Making his Cookies-and-Cream Pavlova! How great is that? The story goes that Pavlova, a dessert which both Australia and New Zealand lay claim to, is named after the ballerina Anna Pavlova, because it resembles her tutu. This simple, four-ingredient version combines the meringue with Oreos and tops it with swoopy salted whipped cream. Fans of the marshmallows in Lucky Charms cereal are gonna love this one.

Pavlova is my favorite dessert! I normally make chocolate pavlova with raspberries. Or a regular pavlova with lemonade curd and berries. But I will now try this!

A grand quicker alternative to a baked Alaska which seems so daunting to me ...plus I am from the oreo era...could be cranberries raisins dates too .. This is more interesting too with geography dance and of course a ballerina. Fun! Thanks

As an Australian, I had a “knee-jerk” reaction to be offended when he said “what a pavlova COULD be”…….. like it isn’t the perfect dessert already!? Lol
It looks good, but I have to admit to being a slight traditionalist, in that I like fruit on my pavlova🤷‍♀️
Not being a huge fan of the dry cocoa-ey flavour of oreas doesn’t help- but it does look yummy still!🤷‍♀️👍🏻 and I agree that the flavour of the Oreos would work well against the sugary sweetness of the pavlova!
