How about the naval officer that's locked up in Japan for passing out at the wheel of his car from a medical emergency, unfortunately this caused 2 unwanted fatalities from this car accident, but this was not the fault of him due to his unwanted and unknown medical condition at the time. No one is sticking up for him to be released from jail.
