I think hybrids are underestimated and do have a place in crossing over to full EVs when the charging networks are in place. I like most of the UI/UX (plenty of real buttons) but not the glossy black. The plastic bits do not bother me at this price. A glaring omission is a head up display which I now find useful.

As a brand I find Nissan should get a slightly better press than it does. For a full EV I nearly bought a full spec Ariya last year in which I could get the 4WD; shame they could not deliver it when they promised and I cancelled. For a car of this size I would probably be considering Mini or Smart at the moment.

It ends up being a “neither”.
It has a manual transmission = good.
Only available with small engine = bad.
Has vegan seating option = good.
No non-vegan seating option = bad.
Spare tire = good.
Spare tire is not the same as the rest of the wheels = bad.

The Nissan Juke gets a lot of hate it doesn’t deserve. It’s a pretty good car.

When the speed limit changes you only need to flip the switch once to go to the new speed limit. You can also set an offset in the menus if you want to always be a few miles above or below the limit.

Great improvements to the (controversial) Juke in the pass year. Love the dark grey roof lining. Infotainment much better. No fan of yellow or white cars but the accents fit the exterior. Shame about the glossy black reflections as a distraction for driving + see all the fingerprints :-( .... Seems trendy piano black has overtaken horrible chrome in places. IMO.

Ouch! Compare to Chinese cars even the refresh of this car looks 10 years old. The Dong feng feng shen hybrid of this year is better on all the metrics.
