I found it pretty easy to let it soak in hot water (for about 30-45 min) to help soften the plastic. And use treelike supports beacause it leaves a little dot of filament between the model and support. Then use that exacto or a boxcutter and slice it right on that dot. If you slip, you can rub it out with ultrafine sandpaper.

I printed a case for an electronics part, & used a raft. I removed the raft, but the surface of the case is all rough. Is there a way I can soften the raft remains to get it off, or have I got to sand it smooth?.
