I have a special weakness for writing down important letters for players to find. It makes it easier to retain that information because they always have the letter at hand to refer to when they need without you needing to repeat the letter or sumarize it.

Definitely will try to implement some of these ideas. Thank you!

I do props every now and again. (Generally maps or other paper props as those are the easiest to make)

i have a group member who was the only one who speaks a specific language, so i wrote what the stuff the npc says down as i talk some giberisch and than handet the wroten text to the player who could understand the spoken. So he only was able to understand and was in his decision to chair or hold on the informations. why i did this? a other player ruinied a moment to shine for this player, cose he could not devite what he was hearing and what his char understand. it was like 2 npc talk about there dungeon and say something like: i hope the do not find the hiden button behind the wallcarpet. and the player who should not understand streight to the wall and find the button...
