Hi im a parent of an autistic 1st grader, its my 1st experience dealing with paraprofessionals.

I just wanna know what's appropriate of me to ask from them? I don't wanna seem intrusive but I have def been hesistant about trusting them right away. So I'm curious about who they are as people, what their goals are as paras, their experience as a para so far.. I don't wanna be disrespectful and start off on the bad foot with anyone who will be working with my child. I just don't know if me having these convos with them and asking them questions is appropriate.
