If you are planning on buying a house, stay away from North Las Vegas and the Eastside. You will notice that the 215 does not connect on the Eastside. There is a reason for that. Also, do not buy a house next to a school. Those brats destroy everything if they do not steal it first. Just because you buy a house in a "good neighborhood" does not mean it will be safer. Home invasions happens in a good and bad neighborhood so be prepared to protect yourself at all times.

Hi. Thank you for this video post. I am clising on a home in Summerlin West in December (sorry), but i wanted you to know how much i appreciated your presentation of the Las Vegas map and explanations of the area. Wonderful information!

Nice video, informative. You mentioned Vegas is like a "bowl", with the last few years I had seen news about flash flooding. Is there a particular area in Vegas communities that flooding is worst than other areas? Do you have flood zones in Vegas mapped out?

This is has been so helpful. My wife and I were in Las Vegas for a few weeks and rented a home in Summerlin for a few weeks and loved the area. Thinking about moving our businesses out there and living full time.

As long as you are ready to pay top dollar, Summerlin, Henderson and South Valley are very nice areas.

We just came back from Vegas two days ago. Loved it. Plan on moving to Vegas at the beginning of next year. We have a 9 year and a 4 year old, and the school situation has us worried as we have heard horror stories. Maybe u can help us find a home and schooling. This was helpful

The outline for the city of las vegas is wrong. Most of the area you said was the city of las vegas is actually unincorporated clark county. Makes a big difference when discussing local serivices like fire, police, etc..

I live in the townhomes you’re referring to, (Roxbury). Great community but we have the problem of having two zip codes and it gets super complicated. Usps only recognizes one zip code, dmv only recognizes the other lol. The only people that seem to get it right is Amazon. Decatur is N. LV/ LV border.

Sorry. If you live in the Midwest, unless you live on a farm, the city amenities are just as close; lived in Minneapolis/St. Paul for 20 years and Nashville and Atlanta before that.

I am not agree with you.
And for people like you commented things like that's suggesting people to buy those areas; that's way is way more traffic there.
Why do you not say that in Summerlin is where kidnapping young girls are the most?
And in Diamond area is way way more traffic!
And in Henderson all the democrats live there.
