If you select [Stream Only Copy] it will set both Audio & Video to {Copy} without the need to manually do it. Even better if you select that it ONLY gives the option to {Copy} so you can't accidentally do it wrong.

Also you say to use [Audio / Video synchronization] but not why.

Another option to consider is [Streaming - Fast Start] it may sound like it's designed for streaming, which technically it is, but it's beneficial to every video with little negatives
1.) It puts a header at the beginning of the file with all the information to play it.
- - This makes it so you can start playing it before the whole file is loaded into memory.
- - This is essential for streaming but can also make a difference, especially for large files, on local media.
- There is a slight negative in that it can make the end file a few KB larger, but it's usually less than 100KB.
- The process time difference should be less than a second.
2.) While it still copies the video & audio streams over without reencoding, it will order the pieces in the file to the order they are used in.
- - This part can make a big difference in spinning drives but only a little difference in solid state SSDs. But..
- There are no negatives to it aside from the process maybe taking 1-5 seconds longer.
3.) It adjusts the order of the pieces so that they are in use-order.
- - So instead of (H=Header, V=Video, a=Audio) or the file will be HHHVaVaVaVaVaVaVaVaVaVaHHH.
- - This usually makes only a slight difference as many sources they start out like this already, but it is most important for YouTube videos downloaded with tools like YT-DLP because they download the audio & video files separately then put them together so they always end up unless changed after.
- This can make the processing take almost twice as long, but the longer it takes the more necessary it is. It should still be less than 1 min regardless.
