I was extremely depressed and then I got sick with covid . I was forced to be home but because of that I got away from all the negative talk at my work . I was alone my mind wasn’t being bombarded with the ugly hearted ppl that I was around . I was sick for about two weeks . I was so happy when I went back to work. It’s really true that we have to be on watch and guard from things like that . Protect your mind, protect your heart. ♥️
I know sometimes being alone is bad, it’s just in this case I noticed that at times it can be helpful.
