The CSIS Energy Security & Climate Change Program is pleased to invite you to a conversation with Secretary Sarah Cottrell Propst, Cabinet Secretary of the New Mexico Energy, Minerals, and Natural Resources Department.

The Secretary will discuss her leadership role in the state’s interagency Climate Change Task Force and how her department is implementing climate and energy legislation and executive orders for the state.
