Points that OPM scalers use that dont make sense to prove that EV and/or the OPM cosmology is Multiversal:

1. EV Existing "outside the causality of the universe" being 5D - This isnt 5D, it explicitly states hes merely outside the universe's laws of causality, not that hes out of causality itself. Space-Time and causality are bound together, and unless stated otherwise, contains causality. The quote itself doesnt even tell us that hes outsdie all causality, but merely specifies it as outside one set of laws/causality, making the hyperspace 4D and bound by a different set of laws/causality. (Hyperspace has space-time, not all hyperspaces can have this feature, but its made clear that no augmentations of the hyperspace were made to disprove that it has spacetime)

2. EV's dimensional slash is 5D (or 4D) - This is just a big assumption and a mistake alot of people make considering EV's properties of his Dimensional Slash, in no way shape or form does "ignoring distance, size, and energy" make you able to cut transcendent constructs, UNLESS stated otherwise or shown otherwise, those abilities only scale to a baseline 3D Infinite range and AP, and we havent see any of the "universe slicing" that many claim him to be able to do (theoretically he could slice one universe with the slash but we're working with assumptions)

3. EV's special jutsu/EV himself can fold dimensions - No it cant, some sources of the latest chapter are mistranslated saying "Folding Dimensions like bubbles...", this is entirely false, and new sources state: "In the dimensions folded like bubbles", meaning Void is not folding the bubbles himself, and isnt able to, as they are folded by themselves as described, and he is merely acting using the special jutsu to intervene from the outside.

4. EV is a causality/reality warper - Just outright false, we havent seen any of his abilities, nor have any of his abilities show that.

Conclusion -
OPM Cosmology - One 4D Infinite Construct containing infinite 3D Infinite constructs: (High Universe - Low Multiversal)
EV Scaling (AP, Hax, Abilities) - 3D Infinite AP/Ability: (Universal Level)

GOD Scaling (Overall) - 5D(?) levels AP and a higher being compared to the cosmology of OPM (hes above the 4D hyperspace, and there is only one version of God). Granted fractions of his power, can shapeshift(?)
(Multiverse+ - Low Complex Multiversal)

In conclusion: OPM as a verse is still low on consistent proof, and more needs to be shown for each individual character for a comparison to be made, as well as Gods power being based off an assumption, and EV's power working on the same lofty arguments as well.
