For anyone who hasn’t tried to lose a lot of weight, a 1300 calorie deficit is not fun at all. A more sustainable approach is somewhere between 500-750. Very impressed he managed to shed so much weight.

I saw a comment talking about their dad and honestly yeah. My dad died when I was super young but my mom still has a ton of pictures of him. Hopper reminds me of him. Though he wasn’t as crass as our guy Hop, he still reminds me of a great dad. ( probably cause he is a great dad)
