I was trying to learn redshift from a 3 year old video. the AWS redshift automatically takes me to the serverless version. does this mean I do not have to worry about creating clusters at all? I mean, I can see that it is not required while using the serverless version, but is there a way to use the version where I get to configure my own clusters?

In my case when I am trying to setup it, I do not know why "Use default settings" option showing disabled. Is there any one who knows about this?
