Great review. Love the setup with radio receiver and camera locations on your Drift.

I got a few of these in January, but noticed in last couple months the price has really gone up (with global chip shortage). Seeing near 2x-3x of what I paid.

Seeing your excellent test results, I wish I'd gotten a few more for future builds.

Just installed one of these on my toothpick and my range is horrible maybe 50 feet if I'm lucky, I thought the 2 antennas would help but not, it replaced a fullspeed rc nano frsky receiver but it's way worse. Now I have to reinstall the FullspeedRC nano. Any ideas the rssi reading on betaflight start up page is only 70% from 2 feet away.

I just bought this r81 reciever. It has 5v, ground, and sbus terminals. I assume the 5v and ground just go to any open 5v and ground pad on the FC, but where do I solder the SBUS wire on my FC? Someone please help me 😆

I would like to ask you sir your best recommendation for the best most durable FC . I am looking for an AIO with high amp esc. maybe 10 up. and will use 2 to 4 s lipo. thank you in advance.

I have one, and can not bind it to my turnigy evolution. Red light is on, and the controller is in "Binding to RX". Anyone any idea?
