Trans-Medium (MHD= Magnetohydrodynamic) craft that operate silently & stealthily are technologically feasible, and the energy density limitations that would normally require a compact fusion reactor can be overcome using aerogel designed to hold a vacuum to create buoyancy.

Using an onboard vacuum system to evacuate and re-fill aerogel in order to control buoyancy- If applied to creating MHD craft it becomes totally plausible as an explanation to the 'Cube In a Sphere' sighting by Air Force Pilots, amongst many others.

By effectively reducing the weight of the craft by surrounding it with an aerogel that is mostly made up of vacuum, it then requires miniscule levels of energy for propulsion.

Plasma can be used to become essentially invisible to radar. In regards to FLIR tracking by Air Force Pilots, it depends on how the plasma is being used. If it's not being used at all or very low energy the craft would show up as very cold/low or no energy signature, because it's surrounded by vacuum.

For this, a compact fusion generator can be used. Or the MHD can be designed to use a myriad of different nuclear battery technologies aka atomic batteries. Nuclear batteries aren't actually batteries, rather different methods of generating electricity from nuclear sources other than a steam turbine.
