Those sunpower cells are some of the best because they use a solid copper backplate without any traces on the front wasting space.I have been running my place on solar off grid for five years or so now and I love it.You should also look into getting a mc4 crimper on ebay and getting bags of the 30 amp mc4 connectors that are much cheaper than anderson connectors and waterproof.

Awesome representation..just to add..solar panels cells work better if you put it in the coolest place possible with the best sunlight.. Tipically not on hot ground or hot surfaces.. Preferably hanging 3 feet off the ground and I have a spray bottle of water to cool it at the sametime especially when it's really hot out..I promise it won't hurt to try it..If it works just give me hoowaah✌️Brother. And remember(stay) be good, be kind, be honest and most of all be humble 😀.

Sure could use some help with my solar purchase decision.
I'm 68, bought a 2013, 30ft. travel trailer and live in the nor.cal. mountains on family acreage. We have been through 2 power outages (4-7 days each) and due for another today!
I want another power backup that won't need require heavy lifting like my propane tanks and gas cans for my generator require. So, solar. Would like to buy all I need in a bundle. The TREK GRID looks good but, eeholey, $$$. Want to decide in the next couple of days but am grateful for any input you have time for. Thank you, Lucinda🙏

Solar panels... be sure the construction has a diode bypass, what happens is when partially shaded sections of the panel get hot and burn out. The diodes allow the current to go around the shaded areas and prevents burn outs. If the current travels through the shaded section they burn out. Have been looking at panels but I’m not at that point yet.

dude, look into supercaps like XS and maxwell. you'll get the kick you need and are a good supplement for your lipos.
