This is the video I was waiting for to pull the trigger, a review from people that actually go to the gym on a pro level, saying this game really makes you work out. I go to the gym several times a week and also have musculation gear at home, so I can really use this game for cardio and fitness when I can't go to the gym. Sold!

I have to admit this was sounding very appealing to an overweight guy like myself trying to turn his life around. So seeing the feedback from people on this, and seeing this video in particular with a fitness enthusiast as well as a PT both praising it, I've now gone and ordered the game to pick up after work tomorrow. Excited to see this paired with my new daily walks and new diet and if it can get me in a position to feel more confident to go to the gym without being really anxious about it. Ok so people who are wondering: I decided do level 2 on highest difficulty (the first level with actual battles) began with the squat attack, which made me do 37 deep squads (is measures how sloppy you do them haha), followed by 37 knee-to-chests, next battle was 26 overhead presses (max strength) and 9 chair poses (yoga), in between I dashed/jogged/high kneed around 1km. This is quite a lot for a 10 minute work out on level 2, makes me nervous about the rest of the gamehahaha. It made me sweaty and gave me some challenge!

I did the demo for these guys 😊. I’m glad you can hear me in the background at 2:12 telling a PT to do higher knee lifts haha. Both of you smashed it. My muscles are dead after my first full workout on it 😂😭
