Just wanted to say… Please get the wide tooth attachment for the airwrap! You can get it for free if your dyson is less than 2 years old by filing out a form from dyson and let me tell you… it gets your hair AND roots more straight than the comb or round brush attachment and faster with less effort. My hair type is similar to yours and that attachment alone changes the game! I use that and then the curling barrels right after.

I usually straighten my curly hair before curling it... maybe that might help?

Try blow drying your hair with the dyson when your hair 80% dry….make sure it’s straight. Then do the air wrap right after. The braid out kinda messed you up. Never blow dry straight already “dry” hair….you’ll have heat damage. Other than that….beautiful hair….
