Musical Sumos doesn't feel like pack filler, it feels like a card made for when you're playing super casually with friends

Number 44: Sky Pegasus' effect is decent in Yugioh Duel Links because each player have 4000 life points during a duel and your opponent sacrificing 1000LP to negate Pegasus' effect is a king of big cost.

The fact that Queen of the Night could be cheated out by Rikka Queen Strenna made her vaguely playable in Rikka for a little while.

The most hilarious part about Leo is that you can steal its control before 3rd counter and win instead with its effect

The one time I found Queen of the Night useful was in Master Duel's N/R tournament, wherein i played a diluted Rikka deck, and she was the best Rank 8 available to me. Her effect to flip Pants facedown was actually useful to protect them against the many card effects that required targets to be faceup. Who knew?

Aegaion the Sea Castrum isn't too bad in some circumstances going first: It's a quick effect which means that before your opponent has a turn, you can banish two extra deck monsters. Combined with other extra deck hate, it can definitely work somewhat.

As a Shark Kastle fan, I’m relieved that his ace avoided the list. (Number 32: Shark Drake)
Edit: It’s definitely good as a 1 of in a shark deck.

I agree with other folks that Lucky Straight seems WAY too high up on the list for a card that actually saw competitive play. The comparison with Cup of Ace isn’t really fitting, since Cup of Ace gives your opponent two cards if you fail the coin flip, while Lucky Straight can at least be a big beater (which, as you say, was actually relevant at a certain point). Lucky Straight does something impactful very situationally; Musical Sumo Dice Games and Sky Pegasus do almost nothing.

Number 44: Sky Pegasus has one redeeming feature: It's a number monster that can catch the opponent offguard when closing the game off

I think with numbers 13 and 31, if any of their effects activate, the battle phase no longer becomes optional, and your opponent cannot skip the battle phase that turn with the monsters they have. Difficult to bring both out, but still doable with the right set up.

Being a user of gambler gimmick decks, Sumo Dice requires specific setup to be used to full potential. The trap card That Six and Number 67: Pair-a-Dice Smasher. Both allow you to change results at your own discretion, with Smasher changing any result to 7, or That Six allowing 1, 3, 5 results to be changed to 6 and 2, 4, 6 results to be changed to 1. So with that setup, every Sumo Dice roll is actually you having 3-4 options

Since most of the cards on this list were number monsters, it made me thought that it would be great to have a list of best number xyz monsters !

While Queen of the Night is very bad, she's not #3 bad because she at least has a very specific niche she can fill, otks in plant locked decks.

Plants don't have many high attack boss monsters they can use so having a 3.2k beatstick (potentially 3.5k) they can cheat out with Strenna can actually help them push for game. Teardrop + Strenna is enough to otk your opponent from full health by attacking with Strenna, using Teardrop to tribute Strenna after the atk, then atking with Queen of the Night.

It is very niche, but a legitimate niche, which means she shouldn't be #3 on the list.

What's funny about Sky Pegasus is that Light Dragon @Ignister has the same utility without targeting. Has 2300 ATK, It also has generic protection from destruction for all your monsters on the field.

Baby Trigon I think also deserves to be on this list for just being a worser version of omni camouflage armor. Instead of 1 card you need 3 material plus the xyz monster for the same effect.

How about No.56 Gold Rat? For its difficult summoning conditions of 3 level 1 monsters, all you get is a 500ATK monster and an effect to interchange one card from your deck and hand.

There is a very important thing about Musical Sumo Dice Games that you left out about how bad it truly is: whoever controls the card when it exceeds 6 materials is the one that wins the game, wich means that if it gets to 7 or more materials by it's effect on your opponent's side, you loose the game

Edit: Yes I've been made aware this is incorrect. And NO, reading the card or it's official rullings did not clarify anything, it just made me weirded out by the nonsensical interaction with Number 67.

I used sky Pegasus for a bit in duel links cause I didn't have many ED cards. Using it as a forced destruction late game when they are under 1000 wasn't bad. Relatively.

Any card that lists the types of cards in the extra deck should automatically be updated to include link monsters.

Aegarium did quite a bit of work for me during the Master Duel N/R festival. The chief Rank 8 to go into in that format was Dragublion, but I just didnt have the extra deck space for it and only had a single line to go into a Rank 8 (Parallel Xceed negated by Gatchiri @Ignister), as a result, I gave this guy a spin. That format had way fewer link monsters or proactive board wipes that made playing durdly cards like this ponishing so its removal was live more often. Its also worth noting that the effect that banishes a card from the ED is once during either player's turn, so you actually get 2 ED rips by your opponents first main phase.
