Queensryche playing a new song of their upcoming album 'Condition Human'. Todd suffered from a severe cold this show (and the day before in Amsterdam). Because of this, the band stopped playing after 53 minutes, to return a few minutes later with the final song for that night (Take hold of the flame)

The more I watch the later Qrÿche videos and presentations in youtube, the more I get convinced that they are truly coming all the way around… this looks like a band of MEN, you know, they look and sound like the real deal and it´s been a long time since that happened… I'm still recovering for the "Hear in the now frontier, Q2K, Tribe, Take Cover, American Soldier, Dedicated to Chaos" (pretty much over a decade of nonsense except for Mindcrime II) fiasco. Still love you guys, best of luck and drop by Mexico city soon.

No doubt tommyboyuruguay, Queensryche is back!! Saw them last year and was blown away completely. Seeing them again in January, can not wait!! Totally understand the fans who don't like not having Tate, but to be quite honest, just saw Geoff with Trinity last week and gotta tell ya, with all respect, either he was holding back(which I doubt very much) or he just doesn't have it anymore, which I've heard a lot the last few years. Last time I saw Ryche w/Tate was in 2005 and he hit all the notes pretty flawlessly (actually, saw them open for Heaven & Hell in '07 and he still sounded good then, but just a short 35 min set (Alice Cooper was 2nd bill). But Latorre has brought new life to the band.

I was listening to this while doing some work on another page - then I said to myself - what the hell is that god awful sound....this really sucks - sorry...and damn man - I love this band. I'm hopeful that the new album is good. I got the album it is great!

Geoff couldn't have sung something challenging like 'Arrow Of Time' even ten years ago....hell, he couldn't even do the opening howl of 'Queen Of The Reich' in 1991 during the Building Empires tour. Sad sad sad.
