I think that the feeling this trailer portrays is a much better one than what it could have been (being, a big sleek epic, because it seems the larger they try to make a plot, the more messy and flawed it becomes). This looks like a much more intimate and personal approach to the humanity of Logan's character, which I feel is much more deeply valuable for a meaningful send off than anything else.

The girl is X-23 in the comics. She is the clone / daughter of Logan and succeeded him last year in adopting the name and costume. (All-New Wolverine) It is also worth noting that this is the last movie in Hugh Jackman's contract playing Wolverine so it is likely he will die and it is also likely if the movie does well we will see an all new female wolverine franchise started. Who am i kidding Fox will make that franchise happen no matter how the movie does this movie may effect the budget of the next one though.
