Crackle does not function properly it keeps repeating ads over and over without returning to movie being watched.

Crackle in my experience is an excruciating channel. You want to see a movie, you get 7 minutes of film, then 5 minutes of commercials... repeat, repeat, repeat. If you want to watch a 90-minute film, be prepared to sit there for nearly 3 hours.

Loose the stupid pulsating CRACKLE logo on the lower right screen. Extremely annoying. Enough to make me delete the app.

Your commercial volume is TOO LOUD and the movies' volume is too low!! You really need to do something about that. 😠

I'm sorry but trying to use Crackle is a flippin nightmare.
I have version 7.01 on 2 TV's and I was trying to use it on 2 Roku TV's
via my Comcast WIFI and also my Comcast cable.
I've been farting around with this app for 2 days because
I wanted to watch one movie. But I can't use an app until after
I determine that I can create a profile and then pause a movie one day
and then resume it *** at the same spot *** on another day.
If I can't do that, then the app is a no-go for me.

This app is horrible. I activated it on my windows 10 computer
but I don't see most of the screens you are able to get for some crazy reason.
And trying to make changes and then entering and exiting the app to see
what effect they had is extremely annoying because you have to watch
a commercial every time you re-enter the app !!

The Settings screen is so stupid, I almost feel sorry for the
idiot who designed it. "About crackle" is a bunch of legal
mumbo-jumbo that no one in their right mind would care about
And the search screen is also absolutely horrible !!!!
Not the least bit intuitive when typing out long titles and
if you spell anything wrong, forget it.

I never bothered looking at the movies available on this app.
Doing that would have been a complete waste of time.

More ads than shows. Just released the app. Worse than network TV. Twice the ads as ABC. 2 mins of ads every 5 minutes. Just how much money do you need?

Oh, and you also play like a minute of a show then 6 minutes of adds. Often the same 2 minute add 3 times in a row. Damn this app sucks...

For the last ten years crackle freezes on the TV constantly. Why after all these years they still out and still bad. It was one of the first streams on TV and it acts old. I can't enjoy a movie without after an hour it say "un oh something went wrong"
