This was actually really well done for civies never being in the military (I assume). Only recommendation is to try not to talk so much in some situations. If you can hear each other talking over a plan, so can the enemy. Hands and arm signals and trust that your buddy will get your back helps. Keep it simple and never let your buddy go in alone.

Great to see your gaming communication bleed into Airsoft which is good it does help I transitioned from FPS Games to Airsoft as well to me it was a natural progression like someone mentioned before sometimes the coms was a little too revealing for Opfor but I figured you haven't run with this crew a lot so its necessary to over communicate
