Ive been training 6 times per week and doing too much sets per muscle group per week, ive been watching your videos and i plan to switch to your style of training and split . Im going to do 6 sets, for very weak parts . 4 sets for medium and 2 sets for strong points per session .
Which totals to 12, 8, 4 sets per week respectively
