Happy to say I was never homophobic or transphobic, despite growing up in a family that held those beliefs and pushed them on me. I always fought against it, even as a child. Now, I’ve completely changed their views and theyre very outspoken about trans rights and lgbtq rights in general!

When i was in my early 20s, unfortunately i was this person. I was 100% a gross Terf. I thought i was being a "real" feminist, when i was actually the very opposite. I left the environment I was in, and pulled myself out of the garbage rightwing spaces. I'm 30 now, and just started Testesterone, and I couldn't be happier.

I think the word were looking for is internalized homophobia/transphobia because it often happens in situations where you’ve been told your whole life it isn’t good so you disrespect people, even though you feel the same😅
