This week covering Kentucky being chosen as one of the nine states to participate in creating a new model for highway safety across the nation. Focusing on the four E's of highway safety engineering, education, enforcement, and emergency response. Kentucky had the lowest highway fatalities in 7 years in 2008 continuing a 3 year decline.
