What is the name of the glitter nail polish that you are wearing? Is it two different colors on each hand?

Love your videos, and I had a question. I use the pure ice top coat when I do my nails, but it seems to smear the polish if I do a gradient or I clear coat after stamping. am I not waiting long enough? The designs and polish feel dry, but when i use it the edges smear and I don't have a crisp stamp or gradient anymore, or should i just go out and get a new top coat polish? thank you!
