“Dad comes come” - that line from Tucker Carlson is amazingly sexist. It implies that mothers cannot parent. As a family practice doctor - over my last 30 years - on average mothers do a much better job with consistent discipline than fathers do. Both are capable when they step up and do the work. The story is, and I'm not sure how much truth there is, that Harris is a drunk, and a bad one. She has a habit of making awful speeches in public under the influence, and rambling.
There's a particular one about "the passage of time" or the "coconut tree" one. She repeats phrases about a dozen times during a speech, and it's not just cringey but not enamouring. She's not well liked in the White House, as at the start of the term they tried to give her some little projects to be public, and yeah, she flubbed them with awful sound bites, and speeches.
She's not a good politician, or a conviction politician.
She's not really anything. She's that type of politician who is ambitious, but greedy; and they always get beat by the genuine.
