Ah dam just like the old Iron Banner tricks, I didn't think about this in honesty. I'm all done now and a few strikes with friends without exotics was fun anyway. Well, it made me appreciate how fun exotics make builds let's say that.

I got it done by 10 to 15 minutes in Skywatch, then a strike and repeat. I did use my exotic cloak but switched as I picked up my engrams.
Also don't use exotics or special ammo weapons. And other people were making engrams drop in parts of the map I didn't go to, so I drove around looking for a few too .
The Legendary campaign is ridiculous tho.

I deleted the armour because I watched the Aztrecross video and he said this exact thing didn't work like this... I guess this is my fault for listening to Aztecross

Also if you want to spam the Ogre solo the time/date glitch still works but set your date forward. All engrams within an hour plus they drop from yellow bars too, no one to compete with so it's quick.

Really wish bungie would stop doing horrible challenges like this. It was a handicap when doing activities for titles and challenges and its a handicap now.

ultimately if you are solo queuing in private matches, I feel having an exotic on is pointless.

You can just do private matches for that one. Load up Collision and set it for the minimal time and score. Easy dubs.

So that means veterans class item with ornament applied then you can put on veteran ornaments on boots chest arms and wear exotic armor
