Worldlawn Viper - Residential Zero Turn

I have had issues with parts and warranties with the Viper 50". After many failed attempts (several months) of getting the right part from the only dealer within 50 miles of Augusta (now out of business) and Worldlawn's parts distributor I reached out to Worldlawn direct. They finally got me the right parts and I had to install it myself even with the unit under warranty. The mower has run less than an hour and the part is failing again. Worldlawn has now decided that it isn't their problem and told me to align myself with another dealer. I wish I never would have "saved the money" on Worldlawn.
